1. Vaginal smear by approved Vet.
2. Written Brucelosis Test
3. Copy of Pedigree
4. Copy of AKC or UKC Registration
5. Copy of OFA Certification or OFA Preliminary findings. Hips and Elbows or "a" stamp.
6. Maiden bitches must be vet checked.
7. Half fee paid at time of breeding, other half at time of litter registration. Out of towners/unknown person full payment at time of breeding.
8. Shipping and handling at owners expense
9. If Boarding is needed, $15.00 per day paid before signing.
10. No personal checks. Money orders and cashiers checks excepted. Visa/Mastercard through Pay-Pal.
